Last weekend we visited the stunning city of Girona, and had a photoshoot at platja d’aro with Nicole Gulau Fotografia.

Saturday was spent sightseeing in the old town and checking out the local markets and cafes.

Early Sunday morning, we were picked up by Nicole and taken out to her photography studio in Platja D’aro, a beautiful beachside town on the Catalonian coast.

After taking some time in Nicole’s cozy studio to iron the dresses and do the make up and hair for the three models, we hopped back in the car and drove to some beautiful, waterfront and clifftop spots.

Although Nicole’s focuses are generally wedding shoots, family photo sessions, maternity photoshoots and boudoir photography, – this time we did a collaboration fashion project.

The photo session was a great success. People from all walks of life – models from PiùBella Models Agència, freelance model Laura, the photographer (Nicole), Dress Rental Barcelona, family, pets and children – were brought together to share one common interest – fashion . It was a glamorous shoot with the models wearing long couture dresses.

My boyfriend and I were even lucky enough at the end to get some lovely photos together.
